Man,...I just hate playing online sometimes, cause of the way people act, man. They take these games WAY too seriously, especially if they play it EVERY DAY. The game that inspired me to ask this is SOCOM COMBINED ASSAULT for ps2.

I'm the same way! I like stuff like Zelda, Final Fantasy, Pokemon, and *guilty cringe* Harvest Moon. Almost all of those games you listed I have played and enjoyed. Shooters can be fun sometimes, but I agree, there are way too many. I guess because they're the most popular and have the biggest audience. I don't think there's a genre I particularly hate, just ones I find somewhat boring. Specifically extremely difficult games where you fight, and fight, and fight and there is no storyline. Ooh and I forgot, I love Skyrim! And Minecraft! I like a lot of games....

yeah I guess I have to agree. I mean, I play on xblive alot but just for fun. I can't stand it when people start freaking out over a game. That's why I like playing unranked games (halo). Most people seem to cheat that have high rankings. Maybe some don't cheat but i would say 90% of level 40+ either standby or mod. It's so ridiculous, it's just a game! If you think your going to make a living off this and go pro, guess again. I bet that only .001% of gamers ever go pro. I agree with you 100%.

I play Battle Feild:Modern Combat Xbox

I like messing with people by following them. They start cusing me out. It is extremly funny. I hate the british people because they take the games way to seriously.

I luv Online Games.

I just started playing Yahoo games. I've played "Hold'em Poker", and have had a pleasant experience so far. If you host your own table you can boot anyone out you don't want playing. You can also invite friends or you can also go to your IM (Yahoo) and invite friends to play other games with you. Sounds like this may be what you are looking for. Good Luck!

If you hate them so badly, you're probably taking them a little too seriously yourself. I like to join in on the trash talking, just for the fun of it. You'll realize sooner or later that when they make remarks like that, they're really just having a good time and they aren't taking it very seriously either.

Heheh i have that game and i got cussed out and voted out by my team because i lost a round for my team and couldn't kill six people by myself, people do take games way to seriously. If it was a GAME, it would be to have fun win or lose, not just win, right?

yeah, i get you. they think that just because they're online and they're "out of reach" it's okay to cuss you out. And I get particularily bashed because "I'm a girl". What they don't realize is that whenever I play online, the lag is so terrible you have to be a kiss *** player to work w/ it...and I'll admit, i ain't that good. So pretty much.........I don't play online at all.
