When I was a teenager we had fox and hound parties. The girls were foxes and the boys were the hounds. The girls went out side and hid. The out came the hounds. If a hound caught a fox for the first time they hugged. Second time a kiss on the cheek. Third time a closed mouth kiss. Fourth time a french kiss and the fifth time the hound keeps the fox.

I don't know any online but there are some handheld ones I know. (Though now that I reread the question, it's possible I have no idea what the purpose of the game you're looking for. ^^'.)
There is Sprung and Feel the Magic XY/XX on DS. Sprung takes place in a ski resort (I believe) and .you .woo the ladies. You interact with the characters and pick answers depending on their reaction. I believe there is a story that goes with it but I forget. In Feel the Magic XY/XX (of which there is another one coming out soon) your guy has a crush on the most popular girl (of which you only see the silhuet (sp) of the girl). From there, some guy is willing to help you so you are thrown various mini games to win your girl's affection.
I have played neither of the games (though I'm interested just because I like to see what Nintendo comes out with :]) but I've read about them and such.
Another possibility is the Harvest Moon series. There, you're a farmer and you need to woe a girl to marry her, one of your objectives for the game. In all of them, you can get a kid and in the GCN version, that kid will grow up and you can influence his future job.
And that fox and hound one's cute. Hehe.

theres no such thing, only sims, i know, i go to walmart every 2-3 days to see for new games, and i see there isnt, theres mostly so many damn crappy sport games
