Wow..I can relate..to feel your heart beat..slowly pumping away, reliving you of the fears, the addictions, the hurt, the worries just slipping, drifting away into a place where reality is gone and you are living a dream..it can be a wonderful experience..:)

I do like to relax and I have tried to feel my heart beat, but what I really wanted to do was to control my heart rate and barely breathe for as long as I could. I couldn't master that mind over matter thing, but I came very close a few times.

If there is any stricture of the carotid artery that is going to telescope the sound of the heartbeat to the point of listening to. the right vertebra has a hollow in both facet, which that artery ought to bypass through to get into the cranium.might want to there be any intense rotation of that vertebra, you may have the moderate stricture and improve the sound of the heartbeat.Makes it really problem-free to take heed to..perchance you've it decreased when you're napping on 2 pillows on the prompt.... want to remove one.

there is this relaxing yoga pose... where you lay flat on your back with a pillow under your head, legs flat and spread with your feet even with your shoulders, arms to the side with your index finger touching your middle finger... breathing deeply and evenly, you can both hear and feel your heart beat and you are so relaxed, very calming... it puts me to sleep

I understand you all the way!
I do that sometimes before I go to bed! I just lay in bed and listen to my heartbeat or my daughters or sons heartbeat!
I know what you mean!
