Adam when he saw he was laying on a tub filled with ice and there was a note right next to his cell phone number asking him to call 911 cause one of his ribs had just been stolen and sold on the black market to create Eve.

Maybe it was Adam and Eve when they ate the apple from the Forbidden Tree and saw God walking towards them. Doesn't get much more scarier than that; facing God when you know that He knows you sinned against Him.
