Well, it's all a matter of opinion, but I really do like Maynard James Keenan's voice... He was the lead singer for A Perfect Circle and is the lead singer for Tool. His voice is just amazing, and I can spend hours listening to it... I just want to surround myself with the songs my them and drown in them... I bet I'll pay for my desire to do that a few decades from now because my ears might go to hell... I'll enjoy it while I can.
But I also like the lead singer's voice for Blue October and 3 Doors Down. And Sarah McLachlan's voice is absolutely beautiful as well...

Justin Hayward of The Moody Blues.
His voice has such clarity and essence.
Just listen to "Tuesday Afternoon" from 1968 and then "Your Wildest Dreams" recorded almost 20-years later.
Listen to "Nights in White Satin" from 1967 and then "I Know You're Out There Somewhere" from over 20 years later.
Listen to the emotion behind "Forever Autumn" from "Jeff Wayne's Musical Version Of The War Of The Worlds" and 1970's "Question".
Just my opinion.
