yea i have a big pleco, he just latches onto the back of the intake tube of the filter and never moves. none of the other fish bother him, i think they just don't need to move much. When I bought it a year and a half ago, the guy said it would grow to several inches times its size in a few months, but it has never grown since i've had in my 50 gal tank. he comes out at night a lot though, they are probably nocturnal or really shy fish

first off, those fish are living in torturous conditions. way too big of fish types to be in such a small tank. three ten gallon tanks would be best til you find the seventy gallon one. the sucker is probably starving for lack of algae. probably cleans the tank in under ten minutes as soon as the lights go off

The Oscar and the koi could be picking on him.. You may see that when you get the bigger tank that he will move around more...
LOL when I was reading your question with out the details the first thing that came to mind was that it died.

whip that lazy sucker of urs, if it doesnt moves frm that decoration rock. but pal it does nt knows thats a deorative piece , all it needs is some good bottom ( rocky) and algea to feed . try putting small peebles , which has some greens on it all over the bottom ,it shld move around .
even if it fails to make its *** move, how bout a fried plecoto with some wine......... no harm in trying
