use Lukewarm water and soak afflicted area. Do not rub, but flex appendages slowly. When there is shooting paint there has been some minimal damage, but it is not serious. Continued numbness would be a warning sign; however, sensitivity and pain simply means there was injury but it is now healing.
Any discoloration within the next several hours (redness and puffiness will be normal) , discoloration as in deep red, purple and black....this is a sign of serious injury and should be treated by a doctor immediately.
You will be fine....be more careful in the future...it does not take long for your extremities to succumb to the frost.

Depending on how cold it is outside, place your fingers in cold water to help them warm up. Cold tap water is usually warmer than what it is outside when they were exposed. Dont hit your fingers, let them soak for 10 to 15 minutes and then take some aspirin or something.
You are fine.

If its frozen its no difficulty simply placed it through anything hot - like in entrance of a hot sunny window or close a radiator. I skilled anything equivalent and ultimately I used to be equipped to make use of it within the ordinary manner. Good Luck, i'm hoping you getting it operating!

That happen sometimes but the pain will go away soon. That usually happens when you are really cold and then you enter somewhere warm.

Don't worry, it's just from the cold. It will be better before you know it. Make sure to wear gloves and dress warm when you go out.

In your telephone book there are medical emergency numbers, you should call the number and ask them what to do or ask them do you need to go to the hospital.
