I have a limited budget, so the outfit should be under $150 or so..

I have lived in Chicago all my life. If the wedding is in the evening, definitely wear something dressy. Even the classic little black dress would be fine. Generally, you'll need short sleeves or no sleeves. Strappy heels and an evening bag are appropriate. Keep your jewelry simple but elegant. I don't know your budget, so I don't know where to tell you to look.

I dont know where you are from in the states, but check out David's Bridal, they have a lot more than just bridal gowns, they have a lot of formal dresses. Choose something that is not too elaborate so that you can wear it again. If you get it at the right time you can get a really nice dress there for under 80 best of luck and dont forget "little black dress" works for most occasions.

If you want to spend money go for the couture look! Haute Couture is in. But if you just want a simple, but yet elegant look go for the cocktail dress!

u can wear a big white beautiful formal dress! with white lily on ur hair. n make-up should be natural mild color which means look like no make-up.

go for a cocktail dress with high heel try bloomingdales, nordstroms, neiman marcus, macy's, jc penny's, or sears all in the chicago area and i think they all have websites
