when we are humming and then we plug our nose, our humming stops? Do people really hum through their nose, or their mouths?

Well, I'll be danged! I never knew that you couldn't hum with your nose plugged! But I just field-tested it and it's true! I can't wait to go to work tomorrow and tell my coworkers what I learned tonight! And I agree, we must hum through our noses because you can feel air coming from your nose when you do.

When you hum your mouth is closed so the sound and air comes out your nose.

ya you hum through your nose put your finger under your nose when you hum and you'll feel the air come out

Your mouth, but when you close of both air ways you can't do anything......
