NO. People have probed that loch and found nothing. Also, where would a creature that size get enough food in a small lock. Plus to get him that must have meant there were more than one, he didn't spontaniously combust. So more than one huge creature living in a little lock, sustaining itself. NO.

It existed 100 million years ago and they are called pleisiosaurs. They are extinct now though.
