i have had a scratchy throat for a couple days and i just cleared out my nose with this this that filters out through my nose, but suddenly my voice changed, it sounds different and deeper.. is this normal?!?!?!? i am a girl

Yeah, everyone's voice gets a little deeper, but it's more noticable in boys. Some girls may notice a change in their voice, but others will not, it just depends.

Mine changed drasticly between my freshman and sophmore years of high school. I was in the advanced choir, and I went from a first soprano (the highest part) to a second alto (lowest part in a four-part women's choir). Your voice will change until you're in your mid to late 20's, but the most drastic change should come during the teen years.

Don't worry, everyone's voices change. Otherwise you woud have an annoying high pitch sounding voice :S

Yes, when you hit puberty both girls' and boys' voices change.
