I went for a job interview they said they going to call me for my second one do you think i might have the job

You MIGHT. But not necessarily. It's true that the second interview is the last step towards getting a job, but there could be more than one candidate to have reached this point.

You must prepaer yourself thoroughly for this one, in order to convince the hiring manager/s that you are the perfect candidate for the respective position. The second interview can consist of a questionnaire or a face to face interview.

Walmart has like 3 separate interviews before hire.
My sister just got a job at an accounting firm and she had 5 separate interviews prior to being hired.

I'd say you're definitely in the top 5! Usually you don't call people back for a second interview unless they make the top 5 so be prepared.

It is a good sign to be called in for a second interview, but it doesn't mean a sure thing. It means they have significantly narrowed down the choices, and you have made the cut to the next round.

If they said they are going to call you for another interview I would think yes they will. Had they already decided that you were not the one for them, they would have told you something like, Thank you for your time we'll be in touch if we hire you.

Possibly...but alot of employers have a two or three stage interview process....sometimes different people will interview you...Good Luck!
