Liquid Brownie
It's some speciality coffee with a blended brownie, chocolate syrup, a few other things, and lots of espresso, I think.
Round the house, I drink regular with carmel vanilla creamer or Carmel vanilla coffee.

711 vanilla cupaccino, with two additional international vanilla liguid packs and 3 half and halfs, very addictive and fills me up until lunchtime.
