A shot of oxygen will clear your brain but it will not alleviate the alcohol in your system.
The medical canisters of oxygen will supply a greater amount of oxygen for the brain which will in effect keep a hangover at bay and the brain will work more efficiently for you even with the alcohol in your blood stream.
You don't become sober with this but your body can operate better and give the illusion that it is sober and free of alcohol.
Other than that give your self an hour of time for every drink you had; be it a beer,a glass of wine, a shot of whisky, or liqueur.
So if you've consumed four or five drinks in two hours you can be sure that you will not be sober for at least another three hours if you stop drinking at this point.

The only known cure to become sober after drinking is time. It takes time for the alcohol to leave your blood. There is no product on the market that will make you sober. Everything is just old wives tales. if there was such a product, whoever invents it will be a millionaire.
