Okay im gonna kill my step dad can he hit me?

All right i admit i skipped school yesterday. But wateva i get a's b's c's and d's no f's. And im not gonna be a docta or anything im just gonna inherit for my mom she's rich(not tryna sound conceited) I skipped cause i was in a bad mood my friend pissed me off. I came late and tha stuipid school called my stuipider parents and said i ddint sgow up. my mom didnt care as usaul . but my STEPdad was all like how come u didnt go i said cause i didnt feel like it. and i walked away and went to my room. He came in lecturing me and i said mind ur own bussiness Bi*tch! He pulls out his belt and hits me!!!!! untill i was screaming of pain

I think you definitely shouldn't be skipping school. First of all, you can't even spell.

And you should NEVER treat your parents (or step parents) with the kind of disrespect you've shown. It's completely innappropriate.

And personally I think your step-dad was completely in his rights to punish you, whether he's your biological father or not, he's still your guardian, and in charge of your well being.

Hi, I am a mother and I saw your question. I can see both sides of this honestly. I can see you having a rough start to the day absolutely! Everyone has them. I take it you and your stepdad don't get along? I think maybe if you told him what happened maybe it wouldn't have come down to a belt. I think him hitting you wasn't because you skipped, it was because you cursed at him. I'm sorry that your mom doesn't care from what you said. I really am. But please stay in school. I know yada yada right? Be smart kid. Don't let your enviroment determine where you are going to go in life. Whether you will be rich or not, knowledge is power. Find it and use it. OK dude..... you skipped school just because u were pissed at friends!!!! OK THAT happened to me all the time!! Just don't talk to them. I mean i admit that it was wrong for your step dad to whip you but u do deserve to be grounded or something. And grades do matter. You wanna go to collage and if your kids need your help are you gonna be able to help them?? And all that money can just go away in a minute so don't count on it. Your gonna regret it when you get older. And you shouldn't call some one a Biatch just because they yell at you! Just say I'm sorry no matter how much you hate them! So live your life the way your parents want you to, the way your friends want you too, the way i would like you too, the way God wants you too. Don't let you anger ruin your life. Actually, it sounds like he's the one that cares. Right now ur not going to accept that but maybe in the future if you grow up to be a responsible adult you will. You do deserve a good spanking, belt, stick, slap or whatever it takes. I see that many teens have missed that little education to GROW UP! So, stop being such a social and caring about your friends and start taking care of your own little self before its too late. I would take away from you computer, cell phone and social life until you improve your grades and behave like a lady.

First off what your stepfather did is child abuse, by law you may not hit a child with anything other then your hand and may not hit them to the point you leave a mark or it is child abuse, I really suggest you contact social services or the police about this.

I do have to agree that I think him lecturing you was right and he is doing it because he cares. By the looks of your post you have bad grammar and I have a newsflash for you, after your mom dies you MAY get her money but the fact is it will eventually run out and what do you do then?? Work at Wendy's or Burger King and seeing as you have a step dad if your mom dies first that money goes to your step dad not you unless when she dies her and your step dad are divorced.

If I were you I would stay in school and graduate because the fact is you may not get that money.

They can't legally put the dog down, because he was provoked. If you take pictures of the dogs injuries, and ask the veterinarian to give a statement about the dogs state of mind when you took him there (How he was shaking and scared) then also bring several witnesses who can testify that your dog has never acted like this before, he's going to loose. His son might get in trouble for animal abuse, and THEIR dog may most likely be taken away. There is no way that the father will win, especially if you keep the texts from your friend admitting he shot your dog in the paw.

You just might have him in a bad spot. It could be called child abuse, especially if he's done anything abusive before.

Nowadays in most states, any adult isn't legally allowed to hit or shake or abuse anyone under 18.

A friend of mine's 15 year old stepson was punching out his mom and my friend got hauled away for puling him off her. His stepson called the cops on him, and if they come out for a domestic disturbance call they WILL haul someone away.

It can turn bad for you, though, because your mom may not like it if you get him sent to jail.

He could get fired from work , get a record, and make your life really bad.

If you think it's something you need to do, and if your mom will back you up, report him to the police.

If you think she won't, then you can tell your school counselor. That way if your counselor does their job like they are supposed to, they will make a record of it at the school at least, and maybe get the police in on it.

I've been thru this situation. My dad is just as strict as yours. I get whoped just cuz I forgot to do my homework. We THINK that we don't deserve such treatment but parents only do this for our best. You have 1F so try to clean that spot up a bit. Don't hurt you dad or hit him back for that... Again, Parents only do that for their children's best. Hang in there, don't skip/drop your classes, ignore your friend who was being an idiot, and look into yourself. I promise you won't regret being hit by your dad once you have graduated with your diploma!!
