They need a complete makeover with the exception of Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow, Jr.

They need all the above but right now a QB would be the thing that will help the most. Obviously a rookie wouldnt be much help this upcoming year but why wait with 2 real good ones coming out (Quinn and Russell). Depending on the coin flip they can either wait it out and see who the Raiders will work out a deal with (betting it is Russell) but if the Raiders pass on a QB they can stick with their pick, if not they could trade up with the Lions (who claim to not need a QB, Millen is an idiot and who knows what he is thinking) and snatch up Quinn. Otherwise they would be best served to take Joe Thomas or A. Peterson. They did use some young O-linemen who could develop and they have LaCharles Bentley returning from injury so the line may not be in as bad of shape next year as they were this year. If they stay put I think the pick will be Adrian Peterson.

Yes!
Although their oline took a big hit with injuries b4 the season even started. SO that part might not need as much attention.
