i work in a nursing home, they dont smell that pleasant... its more like decaying flesh and urine

No. It depends on the elderly person. Some have the stereotypical smell of mothballs. Others smell like classic musky colonges and perfumes. Then there are the few who have a bad sour smell to them. Still, I'm sure I'll come across an elderly person who smells like bananas and lotion one of these days.
