I've got one here with a 10 inch cylinder that I've used for about 8 months now and guess what, after daily use two or three times a day, my penis is still the same size. Send me your address and I'll send it to you for nothing. They don't work and I have had a very sore penis for days when I tried to hard.

Those things are only for temporary or "cosmetic" effects. Like for a photo or if you want to impress someone. Some guys even find them a turn-on for some reason. But there is no legitimate procedure or surgery available for thickening a penis. Just be happy with what you have; even men with 2-3" can father children.
