Did you even take time to look this up on line? Why do you people ask a question on here that you can easily find on your own? Is LAZINESS that prevalent? HERE...the President-elect takes the oath of office from the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court on Inauguration Day. I learned this in school (class of '65) but you CAN do a google search on ANY idea.
