Every single pregnancy is different.

You havent discribed anything that I havent had with both my pregnancies. I too miscarried one, but it had nothing to do with the discomforts i had, it was due to stress. And now iam nearly 40 weeks with my second and have had all those things since the begining.

Period like cramps are normal, back pain is normal, and at this point probably unrelated to your pregnancy, and has more to do with all the relaxin in your joints and having another young child to lift and carry.

This is not your first pregnancy so things like back pain and loose sore joints are going to happen sooner than with the others.

As for slipping and falling, i wouldnt worry about it. I was nearly 8 weeks pregnant before i found out, and up until then I'd been running down mountains, hiking in the heat, canoing, chopping tree roots with an ax, and lifting heavy rocks and doing remodling work. You can imagine how hard that was on my body. Yet here I am full term.

I even had spotting from time to time, especially after sex. And period like cramps in the start so bad i took medication and wore a pad (didnt know i was pregnant... lol).

Ask your OB about it as soon as you can, to see how your pains apply to your personal situation, but i'd be inclined to imagine its not a threat to you.

i had 3 pregnancy's and let me tell you each and every one was different, but the pains you are felling in your lower abdomen and hips is perfectly normal,it's just your bodies way of getting ready to carry a very healthily baby.don't get up because you are not having any nausea's,my sister and i were both pregnant at the same time while i had all the nausea through out my whole pregnancy my sister only vomited twice through out her whole pregnancy, and she had a healthy baby boy!i to fell on the stairs when i was about 3 months pregnant i fell on my but but i called the doctor just to make sure everything was OK,don't ever hesitant to call your Doctor, and with a background like yours i don't think they would mind one bit.this last pregnancy was the hardest one and i didn't think i would survive, but i did and i got my healhty baby boy.my advice ti you is not to worry one bit!i'm going to stop before i get a head of my self,i can talk about this all day i love all 3 of my children.

You should call your doctor and ask because even if there is nothing wrong you could stress over this too much and stress can cause the pain to get worse and cause a problem.
