Yes, they are. Don't dwell on things that can take you away from having joy. No, Jerry Springer, no American Justice, no body of evidence, no Maury, no books that can take you into the darkness you are talking about. Do things like reading spiritual
scriptures or reading books that will
bring and keep you back in the light.

never, one may be surrounded by darkness standing
out in the sunlight, there are distractions always
around us, we need to have control, if we are relying
on circumstance our emotions will surface, if we
are intellectually trying to see then we need attention
to absorb the circumstance away from imagination
which transudes our inner expressions, perhaps facing
problems in darkness gives one more energy to sacrifice
any nonsense we have accumulated within our thinking
processes of attending to our woes ~

i don't know... i JUST TOLD YOU THIS!!! one you're other question.
depends on the problem..... sometimes, the dark holds it back, and you can separate all the pieces and analyze them at your own speed like you can't in daylight.... but other times the darkness closes in on you, and looms over you, backing you up into a corner, and you can't ignore the problems that are thrust in your face.

No. When there are no distractions you can think more clearly and maybe come up with some creative alternatives. There is always more than one solution.

lets say your problems are darker than your surrondings...in that case you'd be able to handle the problem a bit easier!
