Well, back in 1976 when I was in London at a pub and needed to use the bathroom, I went into the only one I saw and it had only men in it!

It was then that I realized I'd gone into a gay bar.

Some gay bars do but most of them don't. They usually only have one bathroom or separate stalls.

By law, yes they have to even if no one uses them. That's usually where they store the condoms.
