I would NEVER where a bolero. You know, those short shirts that only cover a girl's upper body? I don't get the point! Girls pay the same amout of money for those shirts as a normal length shirt, but they get less material. Where the heck is the rest of the shirt?! And it only warms your upper body, while leaving your torso sad, neglected, and chilly. These shirts also appear to be designed for a mutant baby...a baby with very, very long arms.

I would have to say a kilt. Bravo to the Scottish fellas that can pull this off but for me a kilt, no matter how manly it is presented, is still a skirt.
