people today and music today that try to separate the connection between punk, hardcore and skateboarding.
why dont theses people listen to black flag
"I was a surfer I had a skateboard"
JFA
"Skateboard we do"
Gang Green
"Skate to hell"
AQUABATS
" My Skateboard"
those are some example, their more
its not so much even the bands as the kids who will tell you their is no connection or that skateboarding and punk didn't influence each other.. what happens to the 80's and 90's and what about magazine like rolling stones and such (I am not going to call them zines since their not underground) that always have rock stars and all they do is drugs, sex and rock roll they do and never seem have the connection between music and skateboarding, while not devote an issue to skateboard and music(spefically punk and hardcore)

Well I guess today "Punk and hardcore" dont have the same meaning as they used to. Real punk (to me) has kind of withered away. When I think of PUNK i think 6 inch mohawks with jean jackets and ramon shirts underneath with a skateboard at their side. I dont know much about the hardcore but now you can definatly tell the difference between hardcore music and metal.

just like any kind of music as time goes on music changes. Kids these days, i dont know... they are just a mess.... lol... they calll themselves "punks" without even knowing what that is... or where it came from....

Skateboarding is only a tiny branch of punk, but now I think most of the punks who skateboard end up getting labeled "skater fags", which is pretty stupid.

There might be a big bridge on punk and skateboarding, but neither really made a profound effect on the other, aside from the general attitude.

Most of that was related to the punk scene in California or areas like that, probably not so much in the UK punk scene. Different continents, different ideaologies of punk?

I'm no longer SURE however it sort of feels there would be. Do re mi fa sol los angeles si do is a degree of vocalizing an escalating scale. The letters a via g are notes of the primary scale. Considering the primary and final vocalization is "do", and the primary and final notice of a scale are the identical, I could advocate that probably this sample is implemented whilst vocalizing a scale.

that was just in the 80's when there was all that "hardcore" bull **** and skating was a big rebel thing to do so a lot of singers just happend to skate and sing about it. take for example suicidal tendencies.
