There would be no effect on the products of transcription (RNA).

There may or may not be a single amino acid change in the products of translation (proteins). It depends on where in the codon the mutation occurred.

You need to find a codon chart. It should be in your biology book.
First, write out the amino sequence from the first codons, then do it again for the second set.
Then you can compare.

it is a point mutation so it shouldn't be too drastic, it would simply change to "CGC-TUT-UGC". That's Arginine, Tyrosine, and Serine. So you can see, that even though it changed, Serine covers such a broad area that the proteins were not affected.
