I find the ones that are "hot" know they are and have a flirtatious, fun personality. They know how to work for the extra tips. Yes, I usually give more.

No...I tip the ones who give me the best service more. Besides, the hot ones don't need my tips, they have all the other women over tipping them for their looks, so often (hehehe) I don't tip them at ALL! (shocking, no?)
