simply install anti-spyware. spybot is free and it removes most of spyware. here's a download and review:

Download HijackThis ( http://downloads.malwareremoval.com/HijackThis.exe )
Run a scan with it and save the log. Copy and paste the log in this forum ( http://forum.malwareremoval.com/viewforum.php?f=11 )
You'll need to register before posting a log. Do not fix anything in the log as most of the entries are harmless.
