I need to copy and paste them into a word page not a spreadsheet.

I don't use "Word". I use Open Office.

Make one in excel. Copy and paste it into word.
If you do not want it formatted as a table. Then create it is excel, copy and paste it into notepad; then copy and paste it from notepad to word.

You can do what Peaches suggested, but rather than pasting it to notepad, just select "paste special" and then "text" or "unformatted text" in Word.
