I am pretty sure we are going through a period of realization. Those that have the power know it. The parts of the world that have become modern are using their advantages to reap as much as possible from the less fortunate. In any specific country, power is focused amongst the very few fortunate people who control the political, monetary, and informational systems. Everyone knows this but no one can do a thing.
