I didn't realize poop was a "faith" thing. Poop just is.

Pretty much everything that your body can't break down, i.e. that which doesn't dissolve in HCl (stomach acid). Most kinds of fibrous membranes are of this variety. Undissolved silicates (from medicines). Basically whatever makes it through your digestive tract intact. There are still some undigested nitritous waste as you body cannot extraxt it all. Some shed bacteria (from the stomach) and some nice hydrogen sulfide (H2S) for scent.

this is more of a medicine question...but ok;

75% water. the rest is:

-dead bacteria from your digestive tract
-indigestable food like cellulose (aka fiber)
-misc. items like fats (cholesterol), salts (phosphates), live bacteria, dead cells and mucus from the intestine, and protein.

with a bit of bile and bilirubin for the color.
