Sorry to say all age groups can get chicken pox. The older groups could die from it. I know of someone over 30 who died from chicken pox. May she rest in peace. Try to get it while you are young it will not affect you so badly.

I got my chicken pox when I was 7 years old. The "experts" it is better to get the chicken pox before you hit your teen & adult years.

Generally the same groups of people that get most other diseases: the young (newborn to around 10), and the old (60+), because their immune systems are weaker.
