I am an African-American caramel skin tone, with acne prone skin and a very oily t-zone, and i am looking for a foundation that has little to medium coverage, doesn't feel cakey, and finally i want it to make my skin looks naturally radiant.

I would definately use a mineral makeup. Do not go with Bare escentuals due to the fact that it has the filler bismith oxychlyride which is really bad for your skin and clogs your pores. Here is some important information on bismith oxychloride http://www.selfgrowth.com/articles/Starner1.html.

I have been using a makeup called Bella Pierre. It is a mineral powder makeup and it gives the coverage you are looking for. This makeup is everything you are looking for. It feels like you are not wearing anything, and it look natural on your face. I buy mine from here: http://www.bpcosmetics.com/Face-Mineral-Foundation/c25_2/p534/Bella-Pierre-Mineral-Foundation/product_info.html

well im half african american but i stil kno what your talking about. i dont hav acne but i get a oily t-zone and the foundation i use is covergirl trueblend liquid makeup. it is THE best in my opinion. it has little to medium coverage, it is not cakey at ALL, it doesnt feel or look cakey. it makes your skin look so radiant and flawless and beautiful, naturally. it balances out an uneven skintone and just really works. just top it off with a loose powder and you would be set.

good luck!

Whether it's for summer or winter, you should go with powders if you have oily skin. It controls the sebum from your skin without compromising the better parts of your complexion. Go with a light, oil-free primer that your skin feels breathe-able in as a base, so that it stays. You could try a liquid concealer over the primer, but underneath the powder, to cover up some red spots. Some people say to use differently coloured powders, but all that does is make your face turn those colours. Green powder is recommended, but that'll just tint your face green. Even Bobbi Brown says in her books to never do that. But no matter what you do, don't go with creams/sticks. Just don't. Unless you want a grease slick on your face.

I'm white as a ghost but the coverage and the skin type you're describing sounds like it would do well with Bobbi Brown products. Expensive...and I'm unsure about the colors...but worth checking out. I generally think if they go as white on the color scale as I am, they'll have a nice array of olives and darks! Good luck!

Try bare minerals, it doesn;t clog your pores, can go from sheer to full coverage, and doesn't feel cakey.
