I have no personal experience with this sort of thing, However I would just liek to warn you of potential scams. Just be sure that they aren't trying to milk you for alot of money, especially if you aren't seeing many results. Check to make sure the agency is legit. Otherwise I suggest persuing it. The benefits could be just as fruitful as playing hockey.
And obviously if you notice it interfering with the rest of your life, drop it like a hot rock.

I think u should cuz your at the perfect age if your under 20 , but just don't risk or hurt yourself to accommodate whoever u end up working for.The reason I say that is a lot of laddies have changed there bodies drastically. From nose jobs boob jobs ,permanent makeup piercings,Cheek lifts and some even do there knees wherever someone tells them there a problem fix it n we'll hire you or your not small enough n u end up starving yourself. It is tough if you end up going somewhere you need to be smart n strong , mentally n physiclay.

Yeah this is not uncommon. You would be surprised how many girls are asked to be a model...myself included. Even if you say yes, nothing will probably happen, but if it does, make sure modeling is something you love and want to pursue because you will probably be too busy to focus on your other activities. But get a good education! That's most important.

Girl, I think you got to many things going on. Maybe you can handle it because you sound like a very active smart girl so why risk it, finish what you have now and after you graduate or in the summer you can start modeling.

Wow, you're smart to think about all of the other commitments you have and not be blinded by the draw of modeling. You have to decide what it is you want to be when you grow up.

Modeling can help you with poise but it can also take all of your time. Talk more with your mom about it. Good luck!

Do your research to make sure it is a reputable modeling company and then go for it. For safety always bring your mom with you or someone who cares about you. It just makes you look smart on top of being safe.

Modeling is really just a hobby - until you receive contracts. Go for it but, if it interferes, don't be afraid to drop it when other things are more important

Make sure it is a legit thing, some some scam! Look into the better business bureau (BBB), askaround and for references to call. Then try and enjoy, nothing ventured, nothing gained!
