We are a city in between Hartford, and New York. They are both 100 Miles away. Is it possible to have a hybrid or a mixture of both accents. Or, do we have on of are own.

i don't think people in Hartford have an accent. I am from connecticut and i don't sense an accent. I go to New York City a lot and i don't sense them having one either maybe it is because i grew up here my whole life.

I would say you are a Northern Yankee who talks so fast that an interpreter has to go with you any time you pass the border of VA.
(just kiddin)
Do you say, " wanna come with" or "Want to come with me?"
1st choice- hartford - in too much of a hurry to finish your sentence
2nd choice NY -must say it loud and quickly

its almost an oxymoron, the hybrid is the mix, which is your own...........people from the both the places will recognize that your accent is not from there. I moved around when I was growing up and people always knew that I came from somewhere else.
