The battle style like the Final Fantasy games, Chrono Cross, Legend of Legaia, etc. Where when you battle an enemy the scene cuts and you have the battle icons and can summon monsters and your characters have turns at hitting the enemy?
I want to buy a cheap RPG game, $30 or less. It is so hard to find the classic battle games anymore with the dialog and stuff.

if your talking about turn-based, try final fantasy X and lower and dragon quest VIII.
try going to a EB Games at a GameStop

I think Final Fantasy 10 is a greatest hit at 20 dollars, I also think there is a Legend of Legaia for PS2

FFX, probably the greatest rpg for ps2. Start there.
Dragon Quest 8 also classic style and very good.

I would say FFX because its storyline is great and its a greatest hit so its $20

any final fantasy...or mostly any squaresoft/square enix game for that matter.
im lookin into final fantasy 12 but thats still 50 :(
