If the Brake vacuum is leaking is the problem of this malfunction,
If I check the brake fluid, does it has to be low? or almost empty?
or is it just an air leak?

thank you..

Does it buck at all when you're stopping? Kind of like if you let off the clutch without giving the car gas in a standard? And I assume it's an auto. If it is and does, the first thought to come to my mind is the tcc (torque converter clutch) solenoid. What happens is it won't allow the transmission to downshift, causing basically the same thing as in a standard. Don't quote me on that. It's just a guess. If it does happen to be that it's located inside the transmission. I would recommend taking it to a qualified technician. Good luck with it, and I would also suggest you have them check out the brake system, basing on what you have said, too.

I really do not think its the brake booster, I believe there are a vacuum leak from the engine, thats why your losing engine power. Check all the lines first, if they look to be dry crack, I would change them, see if this helps good luck.

If the engine only dies when you apply the brakes then yes, its the booster. If it was a vacuum leak from something other than the braking system, then your symptom would be different.

if the booster is leaking air no fluid loss will be noticed. You'll hear a hiss coming form the booster and like you describe the engine will run rough and die if the brake pedal is pushed.

I suspect you have a vacuum leak through the brake booster, every time you hit the brake pedal, vacuum from the engine enters the brake booster and if this is leaking [punctured diaphragm] then the vacuum draw off is enough to kill the engine.
