one time i got headace for a few days because my period was very heavy. Would this be consider PMS? thank you.

No. PMS refers to symptoms in advance of your period hence the name Pre-Menstrual-Syndrome

PMS stands for premenstrual syndrome, in other words, symptoms that occur before menstruation.
Headaches are a very common symptom of PMS.
If you had a headache during your heavy period, that was a headache during your period.

No. PMS = Pre Menstrual Syndrome. That means it comes BEFORE the period. My guess is you were dehydrated. PMS has nothing to do with the flow of your period.

PMS........stands for PREmenstrual syndrome.........which means before your period comes. So if it happened while you were on your period then no.
