moving is a bit extreme. you don't want to be a friend to someone that is a jerk. it is best to ignore them but if that doesn't help then if it gets too bad then you can always file a complaint with the police. hope this helps. good luck.

well my neighbor is a total jerk he dumped cat litter in my lawn and we ignor each other and go hit for hit and we called the cops too! so make him a friend go to him with like an apple pie or somthing dont be like me
