Well I'm blond and I use it. It might look rubbish, but sometimes i think it's hard to get make up right if you're blond (especially if you're naturally so) as you can look so easily washed out and alternatively too made up.
Put it this way, whoever said navy blue mascara looked good on blonds back on the '80's, they really had no idea. Waer your black mascara with pride!

I wear brown mascara, because black is too dark for my complexion, and doesn't look really good with blonde eyebrows.

as long as its moderate amount of mascara. if you over do it with mascara piled on and a ton of black eye liner it'll look like a big mess

I'm blond and I think I look better in brownish/black, instead of black. Black is kind of harsh.

well babe I think I look good what does it matter what you wear. I blonde and wear what make up I want and yes it predomtinly black.

A person with any hair colour can pull of eye make up as long as it's good, not just the normal.
