Cell phones do have a tracking device emergency situations- but that is not gonna help you if you have lost it in your house/ car.
Try under the car seat/ or beside it- i found mine there once

Think of all the places you might of lost it then call it because it might be on vibrate. If its noton vibrate then go to you provider and they should be able to locate it for you for a fee! it sucks, i know. every phone has a chip that anybody can locate with the right tech.

turn off all the lights in the room that you think it will be in and use your home phone to call it or use a friends cell phone so you will be able to see the screen light up.

hopefully the battery is not dead.
if you think you lost your cell phone in your house, try closing the lights then call yourself. even when my cellphone is on silent mode, it flashes when it rings.

A very GOOD ???!!! This 1 STUMPS me, I am very sorry, you LOST your PHONE this WAY.
Several months ago, I FORGOT my NOKIA 6103 on a LOCAL CITY BUS, I kept CALLIN' TILL some1 on the BUS ANSWERED it, gave it to DRIVER, Got it BACK in LESS than 30 MINS!!!

I do that sometimes. Call it when it's dark and look for it to light up. That's how I find mine.
