Im 16 and i live in ontario. Having a sex offender teaching me would be very uncomfortable. I'm very much against it. And if they do they should have to admit it to their students.

depends on the details of their case. that label is sometimes hung on someone under questionable circumstances...such as a man caught urinating in public being charged with exposure.
I knew an adult who was accused or trying something with/by his kid's teenage friend when they were alone for a matter of minutes, in a parked car while others ran into a store. Her own mother said in court that the kid was a habitual liar and troublemaker, and that SHE didn't believe her. He was not charged with anything but was nonetheless required to register as a sex offender.
Hardly fair. If this man was a teacher, should his entire career be destroyed by unsubstantiated, unproven claims?
the sex offender label makes no distinction between a rapist, or a molester of young children, and a 19 year-old boyfriend caught having sex with his 17 year old girlfriend. that's just nuts.

It depends on the size of the school.

One sex offender per 40 students is a good ratio.
