Question for Cello Players??

does anyone know how to play chords/bar chords on cello? fingerings would be pretty cool... thanks

basic bar chord

C-string = 1
G string =1
D String = 3
A String = 4

This will get you a major chord

For a minor chord play your second finger on the D string
For a 7 chord play a second finger on the A strong

Check out Rasputina!!! They make Cello's sound like butter. Yes it is very possible. I couldn't begin to explain over words but if you can get your hands on one you can research chords on the web. I miss playin.. Good Luck!!
