Practice-there are lots of techniques that will help, but nothing beats actually speaking before people.
One of the things that does help me-is that most people in the audience are pulling for you to do a good job.

I've had speech anxiety for awhile and i've tried everything from practicing in the mirror to carrying cue cards. You need to believe that you are ready and be positive. Keep anxiety low by telling yourself that you can do it. Before you begin...relax...pretend you are on a beach you can feel the sand between your toes. Than focus on your presentation.

take deep breadths as much as u can and look straight into eyes of the person in front of u. without thinking of any other things carefully listen to him, u will get good replies of urs. nervousness is just because most of the time u have nothing to say or reply that results in humliation. nervousness will be gone when u have ur answers. sometimes even if u dont have answers then just dont care, take help of some lies, some makeup stories and things like that. This will work and i m sure about that. And u dont need best of luck for that u just need urself.

I don't know. Just know your material inside out, practice, practice, practice, don't read you stuff--you can use index cards for notes. Look your best. If you are in a class, be the first to volunteer. You'll be nervous for a little bit, but then you'll settle down. Don't rush.

the best way i know how to do that is to take breething periods. Before the performance have people take to u about it like this for example come on here (yahooanswer) and ask questins bout it and that will eventually calm u down.
