The power switch on both sides only moves the front windows a few inches at a time. I have to wait over two minutes or so for it to move a couple inches more. Any thoughts?

Your window motors are bad. If you're mechanically inclined, and or poor you can try fixing the motors , usually just taking them apart and cleaning them up and putting them back together will make them work for a little while longer.

Option two buy new motors and replace them yourself.

Or #3 take it somewhere and pay someone else a lot of money to fix it.

Sounds like both window motors are no good Make sure you have a good supply voltage Over 12 volts with truck run at each motor. If voltage is good its the motors and yes they go without warning and can go as a pair. Good luck hope I helped
