If you have signed up, they should have told yu when you would be getting it. Call the welfare dept. and ask them.

Like dude! Are you disabled? Are you a single female with children? (if so you only get benefits 18 months at a time, with 18 months wait in between, for a max. benefit of 5 years.)
Is your car worth more than $1500? If so, you are SOL.
