It really depends on what kind of surface you are playing on. If its those roller hockey tiles, then go for it. But if it's a cement floor then no, it will just get torn up. Also, is the league using pucks or balls? Tape would be good if you are using pucks, but wouldn't really do much with the balls.

The reason for taping the bottom of your stick is primarily to minimize the damage or wear or tear on the bottom. That's why you see people re-taping their stick all the time as the tape wears out. Many people also include it on stick blades as it allows for better puck/ball control than on the bare stick blade. But the real answer is to minimize damage, as you can strictly just put the tape on the blade horizontally as I've seen some people do in my leagues.

Inline Hockey pretty fun eh, nah i wouldn't tape the bottom of the stick it just stick to the tiles of cement and you won't be able to shoot as fast. I played for like 5 years and now play ice hockey full time. I would go to the pro shop and buy rollar hockey grip, I think its called that and it just goes on the blade and you will be able to control the puck better. Good Luck!

That's pretty much personal preference. On ice, the players typically use friction tape (sticky), but that doesn't work off ice as it will snag on whatever you're playing on. I've heard some players use black tape so the goalie can't see the puck, so you may want to pick a color that matches whatever you play with.

nope, because i think indoor hockey doesn't use a puck, just a ball. I suggest you to buy smaller stick so it would be easier to handle.
