For girls bball- Tennessee.
For football- USC
For soccer- North Carolina

For sports programs overall, definitly the University of North Carolina, the Ohio State University, or even the University of Maryland. It really depends what sport you want to play (or watch).

well for college basketball, i would side with Duke. Great coach, great program, a perennial powerhouse. And of course the Cameron Crazies.
