My man says he is considering getting circumcised and that an ex of his told him there is a definate difference in feeling for a woman between having sex with a man who is circumcised and one who is not. Is that true? how does it feel different?

He'd better do some SERIOUS research before doing that!! That is a serious, life-changing surgery for a man. If done when he's a baby (it's still an awful and unnecessary thing) he doesn't have anything to compare it to, but at this point in life, he'll be very disappointed with how it feels later.
The head of an uncircumcised penis is protected by the forskin, so it is more sensitive. After circumcision, there is no protection so it rubs against clothing and becomes more calloused.
Here's info from a previous answer of mine. You can look it up in their search too:
It is NOT more hygenic to have his foreskin cut off. Think of little girls. Don't they have places for bacteria to hide?? We wouldn't consider cutting off their genitals-we'd give them a bath. If you think a man has an abnormal amount of bacteria, then is he keeping himself clean enough to even kiss???
This a painful, permanent procedure. If it is this important, then let him do it when he is older and can either understand or choose it himself.
Stastically, there is no benefit (infections, cancer, etc.) to circumcision and only about half of all boys are circumcised in the US now.
As far as looks, are penises every 'pretty'? As far as feeling, that forskin keeps the head of the penis covered most of the time so it is MORE sensitive during intercourse, not less. Think how the inside of your mouth would be if clothing was rubbing against it all day.

Yes, she definitely can feel the difference. There is no good reason for circumcision!!! We are the only country in the world that still does it for non-religious reasons.
I'm a nursing student and I've seen it done to a newborn. It is just as awful as you can imagine. We would NEVER allow something like that to be done to an older child and certainly not expect an adult man to lie still while part of his body is cut off, but it is somehow considered OK to do it to a baby??!
I'll never understand it. It is painful. Pain melds are rarely used. There can be complications and it is surgery!

To answer your question specifically, think of the skin on the back of your hand as the skin on a man's penis. Hold your hand open and rub your finger across that skin with your finger. The skin has give. Now make a fist and rub your finger across that skin. No give. That 'give' is like a non-circumcised penis. It has give. The fist is like a circumcised penis. There is no give so there is more friction. This creates a need for more lubrication AND has a tendency to make the man ejaculate sooner.

There are plenty of websites and info out there on circumcision. Please let your baby keep all the body parts he comes into the world with.

Unless the foreskin is particularly tight and doesn't roll back, I cannot see how it could make a difference. During intercourse, on entry, the foreskin rolls back and you have effectively the same result as circumcision.
If it doesn't roll back it is usually because the man wasn't taught to do it as a teenager(you should be taught to roll back and wash the area, but not before 6 years of age) and the skin has probably fused together (yuck !).
His ex would have only be giving her personal preference on how it looks, many women prefer the look. Some women think because the area gets de-sensitised over time that circumcised men last longer in the act as they feel less stimulation. It is is true that the area does become de-sensitised(those poor circumcised men will never know how much pleasure thay are missing out on), but it doesn't take long for un-circumsised men to adapt. If your man thinks you will get more pleasure and is prepared to give up some of his own to achieve that, maybe you should let him.
To me, it's like having a perfectly functional roof on your convertible car and ripping it off so you don't see anything when it's down.

There is no difference what so ever, I was with a guy for 6 months before I found out that he was not circumcised and it felt the same as having sex with someone who was circumcised.

The only difference is with the man , when a man is circumcised the tip isn't as sensitive when uncircumcised since the head is always covered it is more sensitive and since most men don't get circumcised after there sexually active they wouldn't know that feeling .If you had your eyes closed every time you had sex and you had sex with 2 men one circumcised and the other not you wouldn't know the difference.

My man isn't circumsized, and when I got with him I did a lot of research on the differences between circumsized and uncircumsized... I would definitely say that circumsized men are better. They have thicker penises because of the skin. The skin can add up to 2 inches to the thickness, which you will miss when it's gone. From what I read, a man with a foreskin will have much more pleasurable sex than a man without it. With getting circumsized as an adult, there will be risks as well... and he will have a scar. He shouldn't mess with the way it was made... it's natural, and if he got rid of it it would probably make your sex life suffer slightly.

His ex is full of it. I have been with both and I, in fact, prefer uncircumcised. There is more skin and therefore more, um, area touched?! I don't know how to put it. Plus I think they are way cuter when they are getting aroused. LOL.. Like a little turtle!!! I think it feels WAY better with the foreskin there. Hope he changes his mind!!!!!

There is no difference, that is a bunch of bull.
