Okay I'm guessing you need the lastest version of Java?
Okies:

http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
Version 10

While your at it see if you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player:

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BIOW

See if this helps because your question didn't... please try to make it more understandable in future.

To enable Java -

Go to Internet tools
Scroll down to SUN Java console
Click
press "q" to hide the console but keep the application active. A small java icon should be present in the toolbar.

Last thing I heard IE 7 is not java compatible YET(see the bottom link). I am sure it is coming soon. By the way how do you like IE 7? My suggestion is to download another browser like Netscape or Firefox you could also search the web for other browsers. The reason I would suggest is not only are they likely to support Java but you may run into a problem in the future and you do not know why a web site will not display properly. Is it your computer, the server, your software (browser)? A second browser will sometimes work when the first will not.

Id suggest do you development in FireFox.. then target IE for testing. I know it doenst; help, but Firefox has numerous extyensions that make a developers life easier.. trust me.. it will save a lot of time ont the developemnt cycle

Id steer well clear of MS's Java.... Sn Java is Java, MS lost the law suit because they tried to subvert the standard.. if you use true Java your app should work on any Java browser....

it could be jsut something as dumb as IE7 needs a more recent/mopst recent Java..S Id be temtped to download the current release, bear in mind thsi is the first major IE release for waht 18 months... so its possible that it requires a more recent Java, or requires one which is more security compliant.

Try the Microsoft JVM - That is what I use.

One problem, Microsoft doesn't distribute anymore because they lost a law suit to SUN.

But do a search for msjavx86.exe and msjavx86_3810.exe, depending on which updates you have, one of these or both of these may be needed.

Good Luck

You're not the only one -- I had to rollback to IE6 because of problems updating my websites. And DON'T try to use the MS JVM -- it was deactivated with XP SP2 because of security holes.
