Im going out on a 1st date, and want to buy a new perfume. What type of perfume appeals to the boys. I would prefer something light as it is summer at the momment

try gucci envy me- not only does it smell like summer its in areally cute pink bottle that will look great sitting in your bedroom! you can get it at superdrug £28- cheeper than boots at £32!
quick tip for whichever one you buy- spritz it on your hair about half way through blow drying the scent lasts forever and if you flick your hair whislt flriting with this new love interest he will notice te scent more and normally leads to compliments!! ps hope the date goes well x x

I just love the fragrance of D & G light blue and I have received a lot of positive comments from my guy friends as well! It is so refreshing and simply smells wonderful wherever you go with the perfume on your body. I'm sure your bf will love this lovely fragrance on you.
The retailing price of the 3.4 oz bottle is selling at $80( it is really quite costly) but you can get it at less than $68 if you use the discount coupon at http://bestbeautycoupons.blogspot.com/ This means you will be able to save more for the same quantity! In addition, the 0.8 oz bottle is going at a price of less than $32! Really a huge bargain!!

I love Cool Water by Davidoff. It is light, refreshing and not overpowering. Men won't find it sickly - at least mine doesn't :P
Another favourite is Ginger which is available from Lush shops. It is more spicy and a little heavier, but not cloying.
